Encrypted Messaging System
  • EMS is a system designed to send encrypted messages of any form including such information as credit card information etc. to Ozbill International, Crawford Software and Wet Set Magazine.   It takes advantage of the secure servers at ozbill.biz to encrypt the form and the details on it and then send these from within the Local Area Network in our office to our internal mail system so that at no time is the information ever sent or transmitted un encrypted outside our network here at Ozbill International or over the Internet.
  • IMPORTANT: Please make sure to enter your email address correctly because if you don't, we will not be able to reply to your message which might lead to you thinking we have ignored your email.   We answer all emails in the order they are received and due to the large number of emails we receive each day, it may be a couple of days before your message is replied to or acted upon.   The only time we may choose to ignore or not reply to an email is if either the message or question is one that could be answered by the various information at our web site or if your request is something that we need to do like to change your email address or something in which case we will make the changes or do what needs doing and often will not reply.
  • We use a 128 bit Thawte SSL encryption system to ensure that no one could ever see the contents of your message except us.   There is approximately a one in ten million chance of anyone intercepting a message from you to our server and then only if they were a hacker and were trying to do this if the message is NOT encrypted but when it is encrypted, the odds of anyone intercepting the message are about the same but once they had the message it would take a Pentium II 400 about 100 years to decode the message so it could be read so you can have total confidence that your message is completely secure and in fact it is a lot more secure than making a phone call or sending a fax as phone lines can easily be tapped or intercepted.
